Sadly, after a great deal of preparation from Brancaster Staithe SC, the one and only British sharpie open meeting for 2021 was defeated by the weather. Force 7 winds and pouring rain were too much for even the hardiest of sailors and the event was cancelled Friday morning much to everyone’s relief.
Let’s hope that 2021 brings us more luck.
