Fiona has been in the Jeays family for most of her 50 years and is the only boat to have competed in all 31 of the Vintage Yacht Regattas. The story below details some modifications so she is not as originally built, but still looks the part.

Charlie Jeays is the 3rd generation of the family to be involved in sailing, and has organised for 25 of its 31 years, the Vintage Yacht Regatta sailed on Moreton Bay from the local Queensland Cruising Yacht Club.
